The iF Award, also known as the iF Design Award, was founded in 1954 and is held annually by the oldest industrial design organization in Germany, the iF Industry Forum Design AG.
The iF Design Award is one of the most famous awards internationally and is hailed by European media as the “Oscars of Design”. This award is divided into two categories: Product Design Award and Concept Design Award, aiming to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in the field of industrial design. Every year, tens of thousands of works from around the world participate in the competition, and a total of 100 works are ultimately selected to win the iF Award.
